| Technical Innovation in Milk Powder Production

| Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- The North Phyongan Provincial Commission of Science and Technology in the DPRK developed a new ultrasonic spray dryer, core equipment in the milk powder production process, to lay a foundation for regular supply of dairy products to the children in Sinuiju City, true to the Party's childcare policy. The new process, of which all facilities are miniaturized and simplified, can be introduced into the units producing goat milk. The process helps improve the taste and nutritive value of dairy products and save manpower and materials for the delivery and storage of goat milk as it is capable of turning milk into powder on the spot. |
