The State Sanitary Inspection Board has scrupulously organized the work to popularize the data on COVID-19 and acute enteric epidemic and intensify the medical checkup of residents.

Officials of the relevant sectors dispatched to the epidemic-ridden areas are deepening the epidemiological survey on the spot, together with rapid diagnosis and treatment teams from the National Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Center, while taking a step to quarantine and treat the patients.

Hygienic and anti-epidemic institutions in Pyongyang and all other parts of the country have strengthened the health education in relation to epidemic diseases to raise the residents' knowledge on hygiene and let them voluntarily take part in medical examination.
