We should certainly attain this year's militant goal set forth by the Party though trials facing us are harsh and our advance is unprecedentedly arduous, the editorial says, and goes on:

We are the masters of implementing the Party's decisions.

When we regard the Party's decisions as our lives and fully display the spirit of unconditionally implementing them, the socialist construction will steadily advance full of vigor and viability and a new era of a thriving powerful nation will be moved up.

We should carry out the militant tasks for this year without fail. Only then, is it possible to lay a solid foundation for great changes and add shine to the precious achievements made with much effort.

Every moment of our struggle for implementing the decisions of the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee serves as an important occasion of proving our loyalty to the Party and power of execution.

The people's well-being will be promoted and the rosy future of Korean-style socialism brought earlier through perfect implementation of the Party's decisions.

All the officials, Party members and other working people should fully display their high sense of responsibility, maximum endeavor and spirit of unconditional execution to carry through the Party's decisions and thus glorify this year as a year of great revolutionary auspicious events, to be significantly recorded in the history of the country, and of shining victory for putting the Korean-style socialist construction on a stage of comprehensive development.
