The Pyongyang Bearing Factory established technological databases for its employees with different jobs on the computers in its sci-tech learning space to help them get necessary data whenever they want.

As a result, dozens of technical innovations were made at the factory.

The same is true of the Rakwon Oxygen Separator Factory under the Rakwon General Machine Enterprise and the Sunghori Cement Factory.

Through the spread of sci-tech knowledge, the Ryongdung Coal Mine and the South Phyongan Provincial Power Distribution Station are resolving the problems arising in boosting the coal output, reducing the transmission loss of electricity and ensuring the full-capacity operation of equipment.

Other units, too, make progress in production through sci-tech learning.
