Coming first in the emulation among workteams were high-speed tunneling workteams at the February 8 Jikdong Youth Coal Mine of the Sunchon Area Youth Coal Mining Complex, at the Ryongdung Coal Mine of the Kujang Area Coal Mining Complex and at the Thaehyang Coal Mine of the Anju Area Coal Mining Complex.

The emulation helped over-fulfill the plans of tunneling, including the capital tunneling, on all indices throughout the ministry and provide hundreds of preparatory cutting faces.
