Officials of the province and its cities and counties have taken countermeasures, while further improving the monitoring system to cope with the disastrous abnormal weather conditions.

They timely distributed the codes of conduct, issued by the State Emergency Disaster Committee, to all units and have conducted the work for publicizing the order of action and counter-crisis methods to be adopted in case of various disasters.

As of now, more than a million cubic meters of river beds were dredged and over 90 km of embankments were repaired in the province.

All the farms direct their efforts to minimizing the damage to the crops by abnormal weather conditions.
