To give full play to the revolutionary traits of devotedly implementing the decisions and instructions of the Party Central Committee is a sure guarantee for opening up a new phase of vigorous state development by remarkably increasing our own strength, our internal driving force.

When the decisions and instructions of the Party Central Committee are deeply instilled into the struggle and lives of all the members of society, and all the sectors and units become as vigorous as young cells in which these decisions and instructions are conveyed directly, the traits of paving a wide avenue for the advance development with our own strength, wisdom and efforts will be more thoroughly established as the national customs and a powerful socialist nation which achieves prosperity by dint of self-reliance and self-respect will be built on this land as early as possible.

After the maximum emergency anti-epidemic system came into force, the might of single-minded unity of the revolutionary ranks which share the awareness of crisis with the Party and absolutely obey the instructions and assignments of the Party Central Committee has instilled into our people a great confidence and encouragement that they can surely and finally defuse the present epidemic crisis and recover the stability in the anti-epidemic work through our unity.

All the sectors and units should give full play to the traits of devotedly carrying out the decisions and instructions of the Party Central Committee, thus powerfully demonstrating before the world the strength and spirit of heroic Korea advancing and leaping forward while turning the period of severe ordeals into one of great upsurge.
