The volume contains 19 works including historic speeches, talks and conclusions made by the Chairman in the period from July to November Juche 79 (1990).

Some works comprehensively deal with the outstanding ideological and theoretical exploits of the Chairman who indicated the road of struggle for dynamically advancing socialist construction by enhancing the Party's leadership role and mobilizing the inexhaustible might of the popular masses as required by the developing reality.

Other works give clear-cut solution to theoretical and practical issues arising in various fields of the revolution and construction, including the issue of eliminating the abuse of power and bureaucratism among Party officials, the issue of improving the service for the people at the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital and the Changgwang Health Complex and the issue of developing dishes and food according to the regional character.
