| Women's Union Members in Pyongyang Support Major Construction Projects

| Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- The women's union organizations in Pyongyang City render material and moral assistance to the major construction sites in the city to implement the decisions made at the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. A large number of officials and members of the women's union conduct the shock brigade activities and wage a good-conduct movement at the construction site of 10, 000 flats in the Hwasong area. They repaired the main roads connecting with the construction site and installed sign posts there for themselves. They encourage the builders to perform feats by conveying letters of inquiry after their health and aid materials. The women's union members do good things at construction sites to inspire the builders to perform greater feats. They also contribute to making concrete blocks essential to the major construction projects, arranging areas and turfing the land of thousands of square meters. |
