Units of the Korean People's Army involved in the construction accomplished their daily plans ahead of others and rendered manpower and material support to those units unfavorable for building conditions, thus making the construction site pulsating with the atmosphere of collective innovations.

Commanding officers and builders of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade, the Pyongyang Construction Commission Brigade, first and second brigades of ministries and national institutions, too, set high goals and launched a collective emulation drive to make innovations in construction processes including plastering of internal and external wall and arrangement of areas.
