The city has carried on the work to find out and remove all factors dangerous to the security of anti-epidemic work in the rainy season.

Its health workers made a detailed survey of all those who had not been ill with epidemic disease or are suffering from chronic diseases. On this basis, they are now conducting the medical surveillance over them while taking timely curative measures. They put the disinfection of treatment rooms and wards on a regular basis.

Educational institutions in the city urge the students to voluntarily abide by such anti-epidemic rules as mask wearing, disinfection of hands, and distancing for epidemic prevention. And public service units strive to provide the customers with clean hygienic environment.

Officials of the city are directing efforts to the river improvement and the repair and reinforcement of water supply and drainage system and sewage purifying facilities and to ensuring the disinfection and hygienic safety in supply of drinking water.
