Officials of the Ministry of Forestry and forestry management bureaus in every province work out in a scientific way their plans for afforestation and for increasing the proportion of mechanization in forestry work and scrupulously conduct guidance.

The work for guaranteeing the future of forestry has been pushed forward.

More than ten million trees have been planted this year.

The work is conducted to cultivate saplings in nurseries by fully producing plant growth stimulant and biological pesticide and to raise the rate of rooting of the saplings by preventing damage by forest pest.

Also, propelled is the work to put the transport of timber on a normal track through the maintenance of forest railways and increase the rate of transport by cableway.

The forest machine factories and furniture and fixtures production units work hard to maintain and update equipment, production processes and buildings.
