Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman and Director of the Organization Department Pak Ku Ho and vice-chairpersons of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairman of the Chongryon Central Audit Committee, department directors and other officials of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee.

Speeches were made at the seminar by Pae Jin Gu, vice-chairman and concurrently director general of the General Affairs Department, Im Kyong Ha, director of the Rights and Welfare Department, Song Kun Hak, vice-chairman and concurrently director of the Education Department, Kim Yong Chol, director of the Department for Publicity and Culture, So Chung On, vice-chairman and concurrently director of the Department for International Affairs and Reunification, Hyon Tae Sik, director of the Economic Department, and Ho Myong Do, vice-director of the Organization Department.

The speakers said that the highly important letter reflects Kim Jong Un's steadfast faith and will to take responsible care of and add luster to the destinies and future of Chongryon, an overseas citizens' organization of the DPRK, and other Korean residents in Japan.

They stressed that the letter serves as a bright blueprint ushering in a new era of prosperity of Chongryon and a textbook for struggle of the Chongryon officials and activist compatriots.

They expressed the determination of the central leadership officials of Chongryon to fulfill their responsibility and duty in more vigorously opening up the new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan, a new era of prosperity of Chongryon, by pooling efforts of all compatriots in Japan during the 25th term of Chongryon.
