A ceremony for handing the national flag of the DPRK to youth and students by war veterans took place.

Amid the solemn playing of the song "Our National Flag", the national flag associated with the noble soul of the war martyrs was handed over to the new generation by the generation of war victors.

At the meeting, the war veterans earnestly requested the youth of the new generation to surely achieve the great cause of turning the country into a wealthy country with a strong army by taking the lead in faithfully upholding the idea and leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the eternal glory and prosperity of the country.

In response to the appeal of the war veterans, the youth and students vowed to eternally carry forward the indomitable spirit of the hero generation for defending the country and the tradition of victory of July 27 to the last and become the youth heroes glorifying the great era of Kim Jong Un.

Attending the meeting were Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, and other officials of the youth league, youth and students in Pyongyang City and students of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Kang Pan Sok Revolutionary School.
