Noting that the two countries have steadily developed the ties of mutual friendship and cooperation for the past decades, closely cooperating each other, the message expressed belief that they would exert continuous efforts to further develop the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations in different sectors in the common interests of the peoples of the two countries.
