Players have achieved successes by applying their colorful playing tactics and methods to practice in the tournament held in Hamhung City of South Hamgyong Province from July 20.

The North Hwanghae Provincial Taekwon-Do Team (men) and the Taekwon-Do Team (women) of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee took the first place in the Taekwon-Do open-weight sparring event.

The first place in the body-weight individual sparring was taken by men players from the South Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do Team, the Pyongyang City Taekwon-Do Team and the Taekwon-Do Team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee and women players from the Taekwon-Do Team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee and the South Phyongan Provincial Taekwon-Do Team.

The Pyongyang City Taekwon-Do Team (men and women) came first in the team sparring (category B).

In the paduk games, men and women players from the Taekwon-Do Team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee placed first in individual events, the paduk team under the South Hamgyong Provincial Paduk Centre in men's team event and the paduk team under the Pyongyang City Paduk Centre in women's team event.

The paduk team under the Pyongyang City Paduk Centre won in the men's doubles and mixed doubles, and the paduk team under the Kangwon Provincial Paduk Centre in the women's doubles.
