The contest was conducted in the way of carrying out various forms of agitprop activities at the industrial establishments, construction sites and farms in each province.

The provinces organized competent intensive agitation groups with members of art squads and itinerant art squads and information workers and enhanced the efficiency of on-the-spot agitprop activities by actively applying different agitation forms and new methods like artistic agitation, hand-flag agitation, visual agitation and radio agitation.

The intensive agitprop, carried out by the members of groups in each province inspired the masses to working new miracles and innovation.
