We are faced with enormous tasks, unprecedented challenges and difficulties, the editorial says, and goes on:

If we delay the implementation of any decision made at the plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee under the excuse of conditions and environment, the successes we have achieved through the unyielding struggle in the first half of the year will be in vain and it will be hard to carry into practice the Party Central Committee's plans and determinations to provide a firm guarantee for the implementation of the five-year plan and bring about a radical change in the state development and the improvement of people's living this year. Today's struggle is a death-defying campaign that should be led to success at any cost, staking the authority of the Party and the destiny of the state.

Our Party has done all what it is determined to do, and mirrored in the past years of gigantic change recorded with miracles and feats are the devoted efforts of all the people who have dedicated all their creative wisdom and enthusiasm to the implementation of the Party's plans. Under the current difficult situation in which everything is in need, we cannot take even a step forward if we remain unchanged in the way of thinking with usual preparedness and will.

When all the officials, Party members and other working people give full play to their extraordinary creativity and indomitable fighting traits with faith in victory and firm will, the struggle goal for this year will be successfully attained and our Party's militant might be strikingly demonstrated once again.
