Officials of the bureau and district and county juvenile sports schools mapped out a long-term plan for developing the science and technology for each sports event and took detailed measures for implementing it.

Instructors and researchers from various sports educational units developed teaching and training support programs for 10-odd events such as basketball, wrestling, judo and weightlifting by pooling their creative wisdom to provide another guarantee for improving the quality of education.
