The committee has ensured the uninterrupted construction by organizing the provincial school construction command to enhance the responsibility of each section, while urging cities and counties to consolidate their building materials production bases and keep the normal production going at a high rate.

It has also conducted the supervision on school construction in a responsible manner in line with the requirements of the design and the building work to avoid the repeat construction, save building materials and raise the quality of structures.
