Officials of the provincial Party committee and people's committee set model units for the housing construction in lowlands, midlands and mountain areas and have pushed forward with the work to enhance the scientific level in building operation and guidance and generalize the experience.

Cities and counties in the province organized the construction forces and ensured heavy machines and vehicles before getting down to the construction all at once.

Builders, engaged in the housing construction, finished in the main the ground excavation and ground concrete tamping in a little more than ten days after the start of the construction. They are now making innovations every day in walling and floor construction.
