Members of the Bangladeshi Media Persons' Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said that Kim Il Sung achieved the national historic cause of Korea's liberation while waging a bloody struggle against the Japanese imperialists after declaring an all-out war against them under the uplifted banner of liberation by the Korean people's own efforts.

They noted that the anti-Japanese guerillas of Korea, who cherished the Juche idea founded by Kim Il Sung as their firm faith, settled all problems by their own efforts without any support of an regular army and state-backing home front and wrested weapons from the enemy to take up arms.

They stressed that the Korean people invariably carry forward the transparent spirit of independence, fighting spirit of self-reliance and the tradition of the single-minded unity of the whole society centered on the leader.

The chairperson of the Syria Baath Children Organization praised Kim Il Sung as the benefactor of national resurrection who liberated the country by leading the 20-year-long anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle to victory.

Meanwhile, a celebration of the 77th anniversary of Korea's liberation was held on August 14 under the co-sponsorship of organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people and organizations for the study of the Juche idea in Greece and Britain.
