Attending the seminar were personages and members of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Moscow Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union, the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Altay Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Kirov Association for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Il was the closest friend to the Russian people.

After his visit to the Far Eastern Region the mutual cooperation have been brisk and the bilateral relations have ceaselessly developed, he noted, adding that the Russian and Korean peoples have made common efforts to ensure peace and security in the region and achieved successes in the state-building work while strengthening the international friendship and friendly ties under the deep concern of the leaders of the two countries.

Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Mikhail Vikulin, Moscow Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, and Elena Bavichi, chairwoman of the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union, said that the meeting between President Putin and Comrade Kim Jong Il held in Vladivostok served as a significant occasion of strengthening the mutual cooperation and support between the two countries and promoting the many-sided development of the Russia-DPRK relations despite difficulties.

They stressed that the Russia-DPRK relations are being successfully carried forward by President Putin and General Secretary Kim Jong Un, and the peoples of the two countries are victoriously advancing while frustrating the aggressive moves of the imperialists, adding that the feelings of friendship and cooperative spirit between the Russian and Korean peoples would be handed down century by century.
