| Symposium on Domestic Production of Wet Oxidation Desulfuration Catalyst Held

| Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- A symposium on realizing the domestic production of wet oxidation desulfuration catalyst took place at the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex from August 22 to 24, under the sponsorship of the Korean Chemical Industry Association of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea. Attending it were teachers, researchers and field technicians from different units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, Hamhung Branch of the State Academy of Sciences and Hungnam Fertilizer Complex. The participants debated on the quantitative analysis of desulfuration catalyst and activation measurement for wet oxidation desulfuration catalyst conducive to the normal production of fertilizer. They discussed the ways for giving full play to a new fertilizer production capacity and realizing the domestic production of desulfuration catalyst. |
