The book contains 62 works including historic reports, speeches, talks and conclusions made by the President in the period from April to September Juche 41 (1952).

In the various works the President indicated detailed tasks facing the Party and the people's government organs including the one to strengthen the Party cells and ri people's committees.

Some works set forth operational policies for dealing telling blows at enemies by positively applying various kinds of tactics such as mountain warfare in conformity with the specific conditions of our country, and called for producing more munitions and sending them to the battlefields.

They indicate ways for putting the country's science and technology on an advanced stage by training competent scientists and for making preparations for successful reconstruction of the destoryed national economy and cities by our own efforts after the war.

They give perfect answers to theoretical and practical issues arising in achieving the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War including the issue of thoroughly carrying out the decisions and orders of the military commission, the issue of further strengthening the people's air force, the issue of preparing the military band of the Supreme Headquarters to successfully ensure the military parade for celebrating war victory.
