More than 170 young people in South Hwanghae Province volunteered to work at the rural construction sites.

A meeting for congratulating them took place at the Haeju Youth Open-Air Theatre on August 26.

Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, youth league officials and young people in the province attended the meeting, where certificates were awarded to those volunteers and a congratulatory address and speeches were made.

Officials, youths and working people in the province warmly sent the volunteers off, presenting bouquets to them.
