The emergence of the air club, well-equipped with popular air sports technology dissemination room, outdoor and indoor training grounds and public service facilities, offers the working people and schoolchildren in the province another base for more civilized cultural and emotional life.

Attending at its inauguration ceremony held on August 28 were Kim Jang Won, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, working people and coaches, players and employees of the air club.
