Youths of Songrim City petitioned to work at the Kim Jin Youth Shock Brigade of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and those of Singye County at the Singye Apatite Mine and the Kamuri Mine seething with increased production of minerals.

Those of Sariwon City and Hwangju County volunteered to work at Migok and Phonam farms with a resolution to be masters of the rural revolution responsible for the granary of the country.
