Only when the rural question is properly settled, is it possible to strengthen the revolutionary forces into elite ranks of single-minded unity, radically increase the agricultural productivity and develop all regions of the country evenly in a peculiar way.

The programme for the rural revolution set it as the most important task for the socialist rural construction and as the key factor for its victory to train the agricultural workers into masters of the rural revolution.

When the programme is completely realized and all the agricultural workers are prepared to be communists revolutionized and armed with the Juche idea, our revolutionary forces will be further strengthened into elite ranks of revolutionaries devotedly serving for the Party, the country, society and the collective and our society's overall prosperity will be achieved at faster tempo.

To vigorously wage the three revolutions, ideological, technological and cultural is one of the most important tasks for solving the socialist rural question and the overall development of socialism is, in essence, a new revolution in the three spheres of ideology, technology and culture.

The shortcut to translating the programme for the rural revolution into brilliant reality and realizing the Party's idea on the overall development of socialism is to further intensify the three revolutions in each sector, unit and area.
