Officials of the province and its cities and counties, based on the detailed study of the experience of Kimhwa County in Kangwon Province, set a high goal for modernizing the local industrial factories in the direction of guaranteeing the independence and diversified development of their regions.

The province has sped up the modernization project with a goal to turn the Sariwon Condiment Factory into an excellent one where the production processes are put on an automated, streamlined, germ-free and dust-free basis and afforestation is realized.

It completed the reconstruction project of several buildings in a short span of time and is now accelerating the project for remodeling the main production building of the factory and updating its equipment.
