The Ministry of Culture sent its officials to scrupulously organize and guide the visual aids motivation to inspire the soldier-builders.

Artists of the Mansudae Art Studio and the Samjiyon Art Studio under the Korean Overseas Exhibition General Bureau drew or painted the pictures of soldier-builders on the mobile newsflash boards.

Artists of the Korean Central Fine Arts Studio, the Art Studio of the Ministry of Railways and the Pyongyang City Art Studio, too, produced more than 100 art pieces reflecting the construction site.
