Builders are promoting the second-stage project after concluding the first-stage project including the construction of over 1,300 dwelling houses, production buildings, goat corrals, and the river improvement project in tens of kilometer-long sections.

Slogans, watchwords and visual aids were displayed everywhere in the construction site and colorful forms of agit-prop activities are brisk there.
