A reporter and speakers said at the meeting that the history of the DPRK was a glorious one in which President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il opened up a new era of prosperity unprecedented in the national history with their extraordinary ideology and theory, gigantic revolutionary practice and noble patriotic devotion to the people.

They referred to the fact that a new era of self-sustenance and prosperity, an era of our state-first principle, was opened in new century of Juche under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the dignity and prestige of the DPRK have been put on the highest stage.

They called upon all officials and members of the union to push ahead with the agricultural development under the slogan "For fresh victory of socialist rural construction!" true to the idea and leadership of Kim Jong Un, and turn out as one in bringing a rich harvest to every field without fail.

Attending the meeting were Ri Il Hyok, secretary of the North Hwanghae provincial party committee, officials concerned, those of the union and agricultural workers.
