The letter said that the AINDF pays noble tribute to the great President Kim Il Sung and Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il and offers the highest glory and the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs, on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK, as a token of the reverence of the vanguard fighters and the patriotic people of all social strata in the south on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the Republic.

It said that the founding of the DPRK by the great President Kim Il Sung on September 9, 1948 was a historic event heralding the birth of the most genuine people's government for the first time in the 5000-year history of the nation and a heroic deed guaranteeing the future of our fellow countrymen.

It noted that Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il met all challenges of the hostile forces at home and abroad and firmly defended the dignity and sovereignty of the nation and socialism of Juche by consolidating the invincible military forces to be the strongest ones with his tireless devotion and tested revolutionary leadership, and provided a sure guarantee for the eternal prosperity of Juche Korea and happiness of posterity by establishing a firm foundation for the building of a prosperous country despite the worst hardships and adversities.

It stated that the Republic, a sacred legacy left by the President and the Chairman, is now ushering in a great heyday of its development, shining as the eternal Kim Il Sung's country and Kim Jong Il's Korea under the leadership of the respected President of the State Affairs Kim Jong Un,.

The letter noted that only greater glory and victory will be in store for the future of the DPRK as the images of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are eternal and Kim Jong Un's guidance is bright.
