The letter said that the founding of the DPRK was the birth of a genuine state centered on the popular masses, the first of its kind in human history, and the historic event which brought about a radical turn in carving out the destiny of the Korean nation.

The letter said that the nation-building exploits of the great leaders who built a socialist state centered on the popular masses for the first time in history and led it only to victory and glory with their rare ideology and theory and gigantic revolutionary practice will be immortal along with the prosperous homeland.

It noted that the dignity and position of the socialist homeland, the patriotic legacy of the great leaders, have reached the highest level in the national history, demonstrating its might before the world as it is led by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

It stated that he set forth the great fighting programmes for building a powerful socialist country of Juche and realizing the people's ideal with his far-sighted wisdom, ushered in the new era of self-esteem and prosperity, the era of our state-first principle with his love for the country and people and experienced and tested leadership and opened up a brilliant heyday in all fields of state-building.

The letter said that they will further solidify the GAKC led by the great leaders as an organization of the dignified overseas citizens of Juche Korea and overseas citizens' organization strong in the Juche character and national identity, which invariably remains faithful to the leadership of the respected Marshal only whatever the situation.

It said that the GAKC and all the Koreans in China wish the respected Marshal, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the benevolent father of the overseas Koreans, wellbeing for the sake of the country's reunification and the development of the patriotic movement of Koreans in China, as a token of loyalty.
