In the message, the president extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK which has won glorious victory only in the struggle against the U.S. imperialists and their vassal forces.

He affirmed that Venezuela would always stand by the DPRK in the joint struggle for socialism, the only way of guaranteeing the welfare of the people and development on the occasion of this historic day.

He also thanked the DPRK government for extending solidarity and support to Venezuela against the criminal, inhuman and unilateral sanctions of the U.S. upon the Venezuelan people.

He expressed belief that the DPRK would further consolidate the excellent successes gained in the all-people struggle for safeguarding the sovereignty, independence and political stability of the country for the past 74 years and achieve greater successes in steadily developing the economy and boosting the country's defense capabilities under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un and the WPK.

He expressed once again his firm will to further develop the bilateral political relations on the basis of enormous potentialities of the two countries.

He wished Kim Jong Un happiness in good health and the dignified DPRK people wellbeing and prosperity.
