The message said that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation extended the sincerest congratulations to Kim Jong Un with great pleasure on the occasion of the meaningful 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

It noted that the communists of Russia it regard as the most important historic event that the DPRK, the country of the people, emerged as the first socialist state in Northeast Asia.

It stated that the DPRK has covered a long and difficult path of glorious struggle to defend its sovereignty and successfully build a society based on the socialist principle since the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung founded a genuine people's state, and won brilliant victory on the path.

It said that all victories won by the DPRK are the result of the guiding revolutionary line that was pioneered by Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the great leaders, and is being consistently carried forward by Kim Jong Un.

It highly appreciated that recently the Korean people have successfully rejected the challengeable and reckless provocations of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges under the energetic guidance of Kim Jong Un.

It said that we admire the continuous efforts and dynamic advance of the DPRK to build a powerful socialist country possessed of all potentialities such as nuclear weapons and effective delivery means needed for ensuring the safety of the people and safeguarding the interests of the nation.

It noted that the aggressive foreign policy of the imperialist plunderers and war maniacs hell-bent on disputes across the world proves once again the justification of the line of boosting the national defence capability consistently maintained by the leadership of the DPRK.

It warmly welcomed the daily-growing friendly relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK.

It stated that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is ready to contribute to boosting cooperation between the two countries in all sectors.

It sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and success in his work for building socialism, strengthening the state's security and comprehensively expanding and developing friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
