In the message, the Mongolian president extended heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the friendly people of the DPRK on behalf of the Mongolian people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message said that the peoples of Mongolia and the DPRK have long-standing fraternal relations and the two countries have a good tradition in which they have supported each other during a crucial period of history.

He said that he is pleased that the preceding leaders of the two countries paid special attention to developing bilateral relations and made noble contributions to them.

He noted that HE Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people and close friend of the Mongolian people, provided a firm foundation for the contemporary relations between the two countries, and his two friendly visits to Mongolia are deeply cherished in the hearts of the Mongolian people.

Saying that Mongolians have a saying that "the value of a friend is known by getting to know each other", he added that the eternal and solid friendship between the peoples of the two countries have ceaselessly developed not only in a crucial time of a war but also in the period of peaceful construction over the past 70-odd years.

He said that we are charged with the heavy task to carry forward and steadily develop such relations between the two countries in the present era.

He said that he was filled with the will to enrich the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with new contents and styles together with Kim Jong Un, who has created history of successful development and prosperity of the DPRK true to the cause of President Kim Il Sung, and further deepen and strengthen them in the future.

He noted that mutual top-level and high-level visits are of important significance in developing the relations between the two countries and strengthening the political trust.

Het invited the respected HE Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, to visit beautiful Mongolia at a comfortable time.

He expressed his sincere hope that he would visit the "beautiful land of morning calm just like pearl" so that he may have a warm, friendly dialogue with the respected His Excllency to contribute to the bilateral relations.

He was convinced that a good opportunity of realizing a top-level mutual visit would be made as soon as the temporary epidemic is refused.

He also expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries in which both sides have overcome the challenges and trials of history by their common efforts would further develop for peace, development and prosperity in the region in the future in accordance with the desires and common interests of the peoples of the two countries and for the regional peace, development and prosperity.

He wished Kim Jong Un big success in his responsible work for leading and developing the country and his family happiness.

He also wished the diligent and enthusiastic Korean people development and prosperity.
