On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Namibia, I wish to extend to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, our sincere congratulations on the 74th anniversary of your National Day.

We value our longstanding and historic ties with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and therefore, Namibia remains committed to further strengthening and deepening the bilateral relations and cooperation between our countries, for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
