Laid before the statue of President Kim Il Sung at Yuwen Middle School in Jilin of China were floral baskets in the names of the General Association of Koreans in China (GAKC), the Association of Korean Women in China and others.

Also placed before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and art works depicting Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il at the DPRK embassy in Beijing and DPRK missions in Shenyang and Dandong were floral baskets in the names of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China, the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China, the Zhongnan Regional Association of the GAKC, the Dandong City Branch of the Liaoning Regional Association and other organizations of Koreans in China.

A meeting for adopting a letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un took place at the conference hall of the GAKC on September 8.

A round-table talk of the GAKC was held in Shenyang on Sept. 9, the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Attending there were Choe Su Bong, first vice-chairman of the GAKC, and its officials, members of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China and members of the Shenyang City Branch of the Liaoning Regional Association.

Speakers said that the Koreans in China pay high respect and gratitude to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and vow to glorify socialist system of Juche before the world under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, looking up to the DPRK's flag flying in the sky at this time when they significantly greeted the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Colorful celebrations including meetings and film shows were held at the Zhongnan Regional Association, the Yanbian Regional Association, the Mudanjiang Regional Association of the GAKC.
