Officials of the agricultural guidance organs at all levels make it a fait accompli that typhoon hits the country, mobilize forces and means in the work for preventing crop damage and scrupulously take agro-technical measures.

In connection with the State Hydro-meteorological Administration, the Agricultural Commission issues instructions on the prevention of damage by typhoon in time and dispatch officials to different parts of the country to take practical measures, while grasping the moving route of typhoon and maintaining high alert posture.

Officials of each province, city and county went to farms to inform the agricultural workers of counter-crisis methods and order of action, emphasizing the importance of the work to prevent the damage to crops by typhoon.
