The Ugandan president in the message extended the heartfelt, warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the government and the people of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of the Republic of Uganda and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK, September 9, 2022.

He reaffirmed his invariable will to make positive efforts for the development of bilateral relations, expressing belief that the excellent relations of cooperation between the Republic of Uganda and the DPRK would further develop in conformity with the interests of the peoples of the two countries so as to contribute to ensuring peace and stability and promoting international cooperation.

He wished Kim Jong Un happiness in good health and big success in his noble work and the friendly people of the DPRK peace and prosperity.
