Politicians of DR Congo Praise DPRK as Genuine People's Country
Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Personages of political parties of the DR Congo issued press statements on September 7 and 8 to mark the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The general secretary of the Communist Party of the DR Congo said in a press statement that the DPRK is a country demonstrating the dignity of the country and nation with politics of independence and a country advancing by dint of the robust foundation of its self-supporting national economy and powerful self-reliant defence capability.

He said that the foundation of the self-supporting national economy serves as a big asset capable of guaranteeing the country's sovereignty and ensuring the sustainable development of the economy.

The reality of the DPRK that makes leaps forward in all sectors of its national economy despite manifold trials is a a clear proof showing how gigantic the potentials of its self-supporting national economy are, he added.

The general secretary of the Popular Revolutionary Party of the DR Congo said in a press statement that the DPRK is a genuine people's country that upholds the people as the most sacred beings and makes devoted efforts for them.

The DPRK regards it as the starting point of state activities to realize the people's dream and ideal, and regards it as its national custom and mode of existence to make devoted, selfless efforts for the good of the people, he said, noting that the people-oriented things are prioritized in the overall public life

He said that all the people keep state affairs ahead of home affairs and uphold the lines and policies of the state with one mind, sharing difficulties with the country.

He noted that the state makes selfless efforts for the good of the people and the people entirely entrust their destiny and future to the state, devoting their sincerity to it--herein lies the true picture of the DPRK where the people-first doctrine has been applied.
