Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Reply Message from Vietnamese Party and State Leaders

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a reply message from Nguyen Phu Trong, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Nguyen Xuan Phuc, president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on September 19.

In the message, the Vietnamese party and state leaders expressed their heartfelt thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for having sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the national day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

We are sure that the traditional relations of friendship between the two countries will be further developed by the joint efforts of their party and state leaders and peoples, in the spirit agreed in unity by their top leaders during your official goodwill visit to Vietnam in March 2019, the message said.
