The event was aimed to promote the educational development by sharing and exchanging the scientific and technological successes gained in the field of educational information.

Attending it were teachers, researchers and graduate students from educational units, including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology and Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering and Huichon University of Technology.

Highly appreciated at the presentation, divided into panels for intelligence teaching and study management and for practical education and educational evaluation, were sci-tech achievements made in the research for further improving the educational levers and environment and ensuring the online education without letup even in case of national emergency.

The symposium discussed the practical issues for bringing about a fundamental innovation in the work to put the education on an IT basis, true to the Party's intention for developing ours into the best, ideal education.
