Attending it were Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman and Director of Organization Department Pak Ku Ho and vice-chairpersons Nam Sung U, Pae Jin Gu, Jo Il Yon, Song Kun Hak and So Chung On of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairperson of the Financial Committee of Chongryon, the chairperson of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, members of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and chairpersons of the headquarters of Chongryon.

Councilors and vice department directors of the Central Committee of Chongryon and members of its Central Audit Committee were present as observers.

The national anthem of the DPRK was played.

Pak Ku Ho made a report at the meeting after Ho Jong Man's opening address.

The reporter said that "Let Us Open a New Era of Rejuvenation of Chongryon by Enlisting the Inexhaustible Strength of the Compatriots of Various Social Strata", an important letter the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un sent to the participants in the 25th Chongryon Congress, is an immortal encyclopedia for the movement of Koreans in Japan in the great era of Kim Jong Un and a bright blueprint and an action programme for victoriously opening a new era of rejuvenation of Chongryon.

The meeting is aimed to discuss and decide on the launch of a grand mass movement for thoroughly implementing Kim Jong Un's letter and inspire all the Chongryon organizations to its implementation, the reporter said, stressing that Chongryon will conduct the "movement for creating a model in implementing the important letter" organizationally and massively.

He called upon the Central Committee of Chongryon and its headquarters chairpersons to strive to make a breakthrough in implementing the letter with Kim Jong Un's political trust kept in their mind.

The chairpersons of the Chongryon headquarters said in their speeches that they would subordinate all activities to the implementation of the letter, bearing deep in their mind the idea, intention and political trust of Kim Jong Un.
