The Agricultural Commission organized a passing-on-technique conference for the agricultural officials before the sowing of wheat and barley seeds and informed them of lessons gained in this year's preceding crop farming and experience of those units which increased the yield per hectare.

Farms in North and South Hwanghae provinces are now accelerating the sowing at the final stage by raising the operation rate of farm machines.
