The Education Commission issued an instruction on the orientation for working out teaching programs to improve the educational contents to those universities and intensified its guidance over them to improve the curriculums in the direction of closely linking education to scientific research and production.

The draft curriculum for hundreds of study courses was reviewed and, consequently, work had been conducted to newly form the content of each course in such a direction of teaching students the practical knowledge and enhancing their creative ability and practical ability.

Thanks to the efforts of the universities, all relevant courses were completed by the end of August.
