It was attended by Ju Chol Gyu, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the Agricultural Commission, Ri Tu Song, department director of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea, Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the C.C., Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK), and officials of the Agricultural Commission, the UAWK and the units involved in the emulation drive.

Shown at the meeting was a video of the achievements and experience gained by those units which took the lead in the production of early fruits.

The emulation standings were announced. The top places were taken by Kwail County and the Onchon Fruit Farm.

The meeting also analyzed and reviewed the shortcomings of those units which failed to carry out the plan, and their causes.
