Conducting the ideological education work to impress upon its inhabitants the Party Central Committee's love and care for them, the province directed efforts to training technicians necessary for the operation of the farm in liaison with various scientific research units.

It has conducted the work for strengthening the technical force in diverse forms and ways, making the officials and employees, due to work at the farm, learn the advanced vegetable cultivation methods and experience through visit to the Jungphyong Greenhouse Farm.

Meanwhile, thousands of tons of humus soil and peat and farming materials were secured thanks to the efforts of the employees.

Various species of vegetable seedlings are now growing at experimental blocks.
